Answers to the most common problems.
The device picker closes right away
Your device has no Bluetooth, it's turned off, or the browser isn't allowed to use it. Check the site permissions in the address bar. On Android, turn on Location and allow “Nearby devices” for Chrome. On macOS, allow Chrome under Privacy & Security → Bluetooth.
My scooter isn't in the list
Make sure it's switched on and not connected to the Segway-Ninebot app or another phone. Close the official app completely, then try “Show all devices” on the Connect tab.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not in Safari or Chrome, because Apple doesn't allow Web Bluetooth there. Install the free Bluefy browser from the App Store and open Novera in it.
Why does the speedometer show nothing from my scooter?
The Max G3 encrypts its data. Live readings from the scooter come in a future update. Until then, switch the speedometer to GPS for real speed while riding.
Is Novera free?
Yes. No account and no subscription.
What happens to my data?
Everything stays on your device. Novera has no server and sends nothing anywhere.
